FBR Limited has announced that Gregory James Smith ceased to be a director of the company on April 23, 2024, after previously filing a notice on November 8, 2022. Smith held a significant interest of 205,000 ordinary shares in the company at the time he stepped down. No further interests in securities or contracts were reported by the exiting director.
