Farmers Edge Inc (TSE:FDGE) has released an update.
Farmers Edge Inc. shareholders have endorsed a plan of arrangement for Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited’s subsidiary to acquire all outstanding common shares, with the exception of those held by Fairfax and the CEO. The arrangement, which offers $0.35 in cash per share, is pending a final court approval with completion anticipated in March 2024, resulting in Farmers Edge becoming a private entity.
