Dr. Susan K. Avery has decided not to seek re-election to the board of directors during the upcoming annual shareholders meeting on May 29, 2024. Her decision is based on personal reasons and not due to any issues with the company. She will, however, fulfill her responsibilities as a board member until the meeting takes place.
