Expedia (EXPE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Expedia Group has announced Ariane Gorin as its new CEO, effective May 13, 2024, following her successful tenure leading the company’s business division. Gorin brings a wealth of experience from Expedia and previous roles at Microsoft and Boston Consulting Group. Alongside her CEO role, she will join the Board of Directors and receive a comprehensive compensation package, including salary, equity, and severance benefits, as detailed in her new employment agreement with Expedia.
