The revised NTA for January 2024 stands at 421.20 cents before taxes and 402.09 cents after taxes, including adjustments for sale completion costs and tax liabilities. The company’s investment portfolio is predominantly in cash and deposits, with a total NTA after taxes reaching $115.8 million, marking a significant increase from the previous year.
