Excellon Resources Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private offering, raising approximately $709,574 through the issuance of units at $0.18 each, which include a share and a purchase warrant. The company plans to use the funds to finalize assay results from its Kilgore Project drill program, with the remaining assay results expected to be released in the coming weeks. The offering, which awaits final Toronto Stock Exchange approval, was conducted in Canada, the United States, and internationally under private placement exemptions.
