European Metals Holdings Limited announced the proposed appointment of Merrill Gray as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 30 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical sectors, including expertise in lithium-ion battery supply chains. The appointment, effective from April 18, 2024, is subject to regulatory approval by AIM. Gray’s impressive background includes leadership roles at various energy and mineral companies, as well as a strong academic foundation in engineering and science.
