European Lithium Ltd. is set to expand its portfolio by acquiring the Leinster Lithium Project in Ireland, previously owned by Technology Metals plc. The deal, valued at $10 million, will be paid via the transfer of shares in Critical Metals Corp. The acquisition promises to tap into the underexplored, lithium-rich Leinster province, enhancing European Lithium’s presence in the European lithium market.
