Eurocell plc has recently completed a share buyback, purchasing 30,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 134.00 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. Following this transaction, the company’s total issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, now stands at 109,464,939 shares. Investors may use this updated share count as a reference for any necessary disclosures in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
