Eurocell Executes Share Buyback on London Stock Exchange

Eurocell plc has repurchased 18,477 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 174.00 to 176.50 pence per share. This move leaves the company with a total of 1,342,000 shares held in treasury, while the total number of voting rights stands at 102,284,283. The buyback is part of Eurocell’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
