Eurocell plc has reported the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 50,000 of its own shares at a uniform price of 132 pence per share, reducing its issued share capital to 109,519,939 shares, excluding treasury shares. The transaction, executed on the London Stock Exchange through the broker Peel Hunt LLP, is poised to potentially affect the voting rights denominator used by shareholders for notification purposes.
