Essentra plc (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the repurchase of 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 171.20 GBp per share as part of its ongoing buyback program, with the intention to cancel these shares. This will leave the company with 286,799,536 ordinary shares in issuance, excluding shares held in treasury. The cancellation of the shares will affect the total number of voting rights available to shareholders.
