Essentra plc (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has announced the buyback of 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a price of 174 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buyback programme initiated in March 2023. These shares will be cancelled, which will leave the company with 286,811,036 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. This move will affect the total number of voting rights and is in line with regulatory disclosure requirements.
