Essentra plc has recently corrected its share buyback announcement, revealing the purchase of 11,500 ordinary shares at a price of 180.1 GBp each on April 17, 2024, as part of a buyback program initiated in March 2023. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of voting rights in the company to 288,246,244, excluding treasury-held shares. The cancellation is in line with financial regulations and will affect shareholders’ notification requirements regarding their interest in the company.
