Essentra plc (GB:ESNT) has released an update.
Essentra plc has recently confirmed the buyback of 11,500 of its own ordinary shares as part of a previously announced buyback program. The shares were acquired at a uniform price of 176.6000 GBp per share through the brokerage services of Peel Hunt LLP, with the intention of cancelling them to reduce the total number of voting rights. Post-cancellation, Essentra’s total number of voting rights will be adjusted to 288,165,744 ordinary shares.
