Esports Mogul Limited has announced a change in the director’s interest for Ignatius Kim-Seng Tan, where he acquired 250,000 ordinary shares through a share purchase plan and lost interest in several unlisted options due to lack of control over these holdings. Following these changes, Tan now holds 4,250,000 ordinary shares and maintains 17,000,000 unlisted options expiring in August 2026.
