Equinor ASA has declared both an ordinary and an extraordinary cash dividend of USD 0.35 each for the fourth quarter of 2023, totaling USD 0.70 per share. The final dividend in NOK is set at 7.5078 per share, based on the average USD to NOK exchange rate provided by Norges Bank. Shareholders on the Oslo Stock Exchange and ADR holders on the New York Stock Exchange will receive their dividends on May 28, 2024.
