Equinix, Inc. is undergoing a significant leadership change, with Adaire Fox-Martin taking the helm as the new President and CEO, succeeding Charles Meyers, who will transition to Executive Chairman. This planned succession is expected to take effect by June 17, 2024. Peter Van Camp will step down as Executive Chairman and Board member, continuing as Special Advisor. Fox-Martin, with a robust background including leadership roles at Google Cloud and Oracle, brings a wealth of experience to her new role, which comes with an attractive compensation package including a $1 million base salary and substantial equity awards.
