The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has adjusted its holdings in IHH Healthcare Bhd, with a recent acquisition and disposal of shares. On April 16, 2024, the EPF acquired 1,084,100 ordinary shares and disposed of 417,000, reflecting active management of its direct interest in the healthcare company. Following these transactions, the EPF’s direct interest stands at 974,902,800 shares, amounting to a 11.07% stake in IHH Healthcare Bhd.
