Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
HI-POWER, LLC, a subsidiary of Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., has entered into a Pricing Agreement with SHPP US LLC to establish the pricing terms for resin sales to authorized purchasers. Under this agreement, SHPP US LLC will be the exclusive supplier of the resin, with HI-POWER committing to purchase its entire requirement of the product from them. In return, SHPP US LLC has agreed to minimum purchase volumes and granted HI-POWER exclusive purchasing rights within the zinc-bromine bi-polar electrodes market for stationary utility storage. This agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2028.
