EnviroSuite Limited has announced the issuance of 7,042,634 new performance rights under its employee incentive scheme. These unquoted securities, detailed in the company’s latest Appendix 3G filing, will not be listed on the ASX and are for internal company use only. The performance rights were issued on January 1, 2024.
