Enquest plc (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has initiated a share repurchase program, committing up to $15 million to buy back its ordinary shares, in a bid to return value to shareholders. The repurchases, brokered by Merrill Lynch, will occur on the London Stock Exchange and other UK exchanges, adhering to regulatory guidelines, before 7.30 a.m. the following business day. The initial repurchased shares are destined for the company’s Employee Benefit Trust, with subsequent shares to be canceled to potentially enhance shareholder value.
