Enquest plc (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has announced the repurchase of 156,752 of its own ordinary shares on April 29, 2024, through Merrill Lynch, as part of an ongoing share repurchase program. These shares are to be held in Treasury, with the first 25 million allocated for the Company’s Employee Benefit Trust and subsequent shares to be cancelled. The buyback had a total cost of £25,607.66 and leaves the company with 1,915,767,587 shares in issue, excluding those in Treasury.
