Reynette Au has stepped down from her position on the Board of Directors at Energous Corporation due to personal reasons, with no disputes regarding the company’s operations influencing her decision. Simultaneously, the Board has chosen David Roberson as the new Chairman and to fill the vacancy left by Au in the Office of the Chair.
