Endeavour Mining (TSE:EDV) has released an update.
Endeavour Mining has announced the nomination of John Munro as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with his appointment to be decided at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2024. Munro is expected to bring over 30 years of global mining experience and chair the Technical, Health and Safety Committee if elected. The company also acknowledges the departure of Tertius Zongo, a significant contributor for the past 12 years, who will continue to advise on West African matters.
