Endeavour Mining (TSE:EDV) has released an update.
Endeavour Mining plc has engaged in a share buyback, purchasing 4,000 of its own ordinary shares through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, with prices ranging from 1,717 to 1,722 GBp per share. After the cancellation of these shares, the company’s total voting rights will stand at 245,001,185. This buyback is part of a programme announced in March 2023, aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
