Endeavour Mining (TSE:EDV) has released an update.
Endeavour Mining plc has reported the purchase of 29,500 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,646 to 1,675 GBp per share, as part of its share buy-back program initiated in March 2023. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 244,971,685. The share repurchases are aimed at reducing the share capital and returning value to shareholders.
