Endeavour Mining (TSE:EDV) has released an update.
Endeavour Mining plc has executed a buyback of its shares, purchasing 18,939 ordinary shares through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, with prices ranging from 1,663 to 1,693.51 GBp per share. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 245,005,185. This move is part of the company’s share buyback programme announced previously in March 2023.
