Endeavour Mining plc has recently executed a buy-back of its shares, purchasing a total of 10,876 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,653.11 to 1,668.00 GBp per share. Following these transactions, the company has announced the cancellation of the repurchased shares, leaving its total issued share count at 244,881,849 with equivalent voting rights. This move is part of Endeavour Mining’s share buy-back program that was previously announced in March 2023.
