Encounter Resources Limited has reported a promising discovery of high-grade copper mineralization in the first drill hole at their fully-owned Sandover project in the Northern Territory. The company’s drilling efforts revealed copper deposits similar to the significant Lumwana mine in Zambia, sparking interest in potential new deposit types at the location. Plans are underway for detailed magnetic surveys to further guide exploration in the latter half of 2024.
