Encompass Health Corporation’s Board of Directors recently adjusted the pay scales for two top executives following a detailed review. The President and CEO, Mark Tarr, received an increase in his long-term incentive target from $5.17 million to $5.425 million due to his commendable performance. Additionally, Executive Vice President Patrick Darby saw his base salary rise from $550,000 to $625,000, a nod to his strategic contributions and growing responsibilities within the company, bringing his total direct compensation opportunity to $2.125 million.
