Eletrobras Schedules Remote Shareholders’ Meeting

Centrais Elc Braz Pfb B Elbras (EBR.B) has released an update.

Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras has announced an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders to be held remotely on April 26, 2024. The meeting will cover approval of the prior year’s financial statements, distribution of dividends, and the election of a new Board of Directors member. Shareholders can participate and vote through a digital platform or via a remote voting ballot.
