Elemental Royalties Corp. (TSE:ELE) has released an update.
Elemental Altus Royalties Corp. has acquired a new lithium net smelter return royalty in Rwanda, operated by Rio Tinto. The royalty is part of a joint venture and includes an option for a second royalty, with the deal structured to strengthen the company’s financial position by conserving cash. This strategic move adds a significant asset to Elemental Altus’s portfolio and supports its partner Aterian by reducing debt.
