Element79 Gold Corp Completes First Funding Tranche

Element79 Gold Corp. (TSE:ELEM) has released an update.

Element79 Gold Corp has successfully completed an oversubscribed first tranche of its Non-Brokered Private Placement, raising $288,815 by issuing over 1.2 million units at $0.23 each, with each unit including a share and a warrant exercisable at $0.35. The company is on track to close a final tranche aiming for a total of $450,000 to finance its gold and silver mining projects.
