Fricke as Senior Vice President, Electronics, and Matthew Liebowitz as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Head of Industrial & Specialty, both stepping into their executive roles immediately. Fricke, with a rich background in semiconductor leadership roles and a former tenure at Honeywell, brings over 15 years of industry experience. Liebowitz, previously overseeing strategy and integration at Element Solutions, has a finance background with experience at Nomura and UBS Investment Bank. The appointments are part of a strategic move following Michael Goralski’s retirement, with no reported related transactions or family connections influencing the decisions.
