Elate Holdings Limited has provided a supplemental announcement to its annual report for the year ending December 31, 2024, detailing the use of proceeds from its 2018 Convertible Debentures. The company had entered into a subscription agreement with China Minerals International Limited for HK$600,000,000 in convertible debentures, of which approximately HK$102,115,500 has been received and HK$90,134,000 utilized as of the end of 2024. The proceeds have been used for plant and warehouse, production line, pipeline, transport, loading tools, wages, and other expenses. The remaining unutilized proceeds amount to approximately HK$11,981,500. The company does not expect further subscriptions of the debentures before their maturity in 2028 unless a new announcement is made.
