ECR Minerals PLC, the gold exploration and development firm, has announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its recent AGM, with Chairman Nick Tulloch expressing satisfaction at shareholder support and optimism for the year ahead. The company, which focuses on Australian projects, has numerous exploration permits and is set to benefit from potential payments from projects sold to Fosterville South Exploration Ltd, as well as holding a royalty on an Argentinian gold project.
