Ecovyst Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, welcoming Sarah Lorance as a Class I director, starting March 1, 2024. Lorance brings over 25 years of business expertise, including leadership roles at Autumn Advisors and Elevance Health, and serves on multiple other boards. With no prior connections influencing her appointment, she joins the Board based on her substantial finance and business experience. She will receive standard non-employee director compensation and an award of restricted stock units as part of her induction.
