Ecora Resources Plc has reported the purchase of 100,000 of its own shares as part of an ongoing share buyback program, with all shares bought at a uniform price and subsequently held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of shares in issue and voting rights has been updated, providing a new base for shareholders’ notification requirements. The company’s share repurchase was executed on the London Stock Exchange via Peel Hunt LLP.
