Ecora Resources Plc (GB:ECOR) has released an update.
Ecora Resources PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares, which will now be held in treasury. The transaction took place on May 3, 2024, under the terms of the buyback programme announced in March and was conducted on the London Stock Exchange at a uniform price of 84.10 pence per share. Following the buyback, Ecora has 251,231,897 ordinary shares carrying voting rights, excluding those held in treasury.
