Ecora Resources Plc (GB:ECOR) has released an update.
Ecora Resources Plc has repurchased 150,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of a buyback program, with the shares to be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company now stands at 251,581,897 ordinary shares. The buyback was executed on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 82 to 85 pence per share.
