Ecora Resources Plc (GB:ECOR) has released an update.
Ecora Resources PLC, listed on the LSE and TSX as ECOR, has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 250,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The shares, which were bought as part of a previously announced share buyback programme, will be held in treasury. This move has left the company with 252,131,897 ordinary shares carrying voting rights out of the total 261,732,553 shares in issue.
