Ecora Resources Plc has announced the purchase of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 79.95 pence each as part of its share buyback program, which was previously announced on March 27, 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, and following the transaction, the total number of shares with voting rights in the company is 252,031,897.
