Ecora Resources Plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 150,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 82.10 pence per share on April 22, 2024. This transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange via Peel Hunt LLP, and the bought shares will now be held in treasury, reducing the number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights to 252,256,897. The buyback is a part of the company’s strategy to manage its share capital, as announced on March 27, 2024.
