Ecora Resources Plc has confirmed the buyback of 500,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share repurchase programme, with the transaction being carried out through Peel Hunt LLP on the London Stock Exchange. The purchased shares will be held in treasury, and following this buyback, Ecora Resources Plc will have over 252 million ordinary shares with voting rights in issuance. This move is part of the company’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively and provide value to its shareholders.
