Ecora Resources Plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 81p each, which will be held in treasury. This transaction is part of the company’s share buyback program announced previously on 27 March 2024. Post-purchase, Ecora’s total number of shares carrying voting rights will be 251,931,897.
