eBay (EBAY) has released an update.
eBay Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to 10 members, welcoming Zane Rowe to its ranks and the Audit Committee, effective February 16, 2024. Rowe will serve until the 2024 annual meeting and will be compensated in line with other non-employee directors. His appointment comes without any pre-arranged agreements or reportable transactions. The company publicly announced Rowe’s new position through a press release.
