Eaton Corporation plc expanded its Board of Directors to ten members and welcomed Karenann Terrell as the newest member, effective immediately. Terrell, who retired as Chief Digital and Technology Officer of GSK plc, brings a wealth of experience as she joins the Board’s Compensation, Finance, and Innovation and Technology Committees. She will be compensated in line with the company’s policies and receive a pro-rata Restricted Stock Unit grant worth $127,500, which is 75% of the annual award for non-employee directors, reflecting her partial year of service.
