DZS Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Todd Jackson and Paul Choi, following a vacancy and a board expansion. Jackson, a veteran attorney with vast M&A experience, was nominated by EdgeCo and will serve until 2026. Choi, nominated by IV Global Fund, brings extensive investment banking expertise to the board, with his term lasting until 2025. The appointments stem from rights granted in loan and securities agreements, with further details released in a recent press release by the company.
