Durango Resources (TSE:DGO) has released an update.
Durango Resources Inc. has reported promising signs of lithium, as well as other elements, at its Discovery property in Quebec, with assays from a 2022 drill campaign showing elevated lithium levels alongside rubidium and cesium. The property is situated next to Sayona Mining Ltd. in a region known for its mineral prospects, and recent forest fires have revealed new outcrops, potentially expanding the exploration area. Despite setbacks from the fires in 2023, the company mapped ten pegmatite dykes, indicating a positive outlook for lithium sourcing.
